MONEY TALK$

I would be remissed as your Phrugal Philly Mom if I did not have a conversation about Money.  Savings. Investments. Spending.  Building all are skills that begin at youth and continue into adulthood.  Well, Capital One has outlined an array of events that are for singles, families, and anyone in between.  I have personally attended one class titled “Talking Money with Your Honey”.  Not only was the event very informative they had all kinds of goodies. Mocktails, Hor Dourves, and take home activities.  They coupled financial planners with a social skills expert and voila, we were talking good money habits!  Loved it!  Financial communication with your partner is very important; however, can be stressful to discuss.  It allowed myself and my husband to discuss our money triggers and failures.  We were also able to interact with other couples to share experiences.  I must say, the best was Capital One’s space.  It was spectacular!  It’s modern, sleek, and tech savvy!  Please don’t miss out on these free events.  Check out Capital One’s website for upcoming workshops on financial planning and be the ultimate savvy spender!  www.capitalone.com/local/events
